电磁涡流刹车以其制动扭矩大、制动特性好、操作使用方便等特点,在石油钻井行业得到了广泛的应用。目前电磁涡流刹车有风冷和水冷两种形式,本文通过对钻井现场水冷式电磁刹车在使用过程出现的冷却循环水过热问题,从电磁涡流刹车的基本结构及工作原理入手,对使用操作及现场冷却循环系统本身组成结构上进行了分析,查找出其中的问题,并在此基础上对冷却系统进行了改进。希望通过改进电磁刹车冷却循环系统,降低冷却循环水温度,从而增加电磁刹车的使用寿命,降低钻井作业的安全风险。
Electromagnetic eddy current brake with its braking torque, braking characteristics, and easy operation and other characteristics, in the oil drilling industry has been widely used. At present, electromagnetic eddy current brake has two forms of air-cooled and water-cooled. Based on the overheating of cooling circulating water in the process of using water-cooled electromagnetic brake on the drilling site, this paper starts with the basic structure and working principle of electromagnetic eddy current brake, The structure of the cooling circulation system itself has been analyzed and the problems therein have been found out. On this basis, the cooling system has been improved. It is hoped that by improving the electromagnetic brake cooling circulation system and reducing the cooling circulating water temperature, the service life of the electromagnetic brake is increased, and the safety risk of drilling operations is reduced.
