《江西教育》刊登过几篇有关教研员听课评课的文章,读后很受启发。因为听课评课是教研员一项重要的经常性的工作,所以想补充一些意见。 教研员下校听课,就其目的而言,大致可划分为三种类型:(1)了解型:指了解学校教学改革情况、学科专题研究情况、新教材的使用情况、新教师的教学情况、学校教师教学水平状况等的听课。(2)考核型:包括教坛新秀、优秀课评选的听课;民办教师转为公办教师的听课;教师技术职务(职称)评聘晋级的听课等等。(3)总结经验型:例如,为了总结优秀教师的教学经验或总结教学科研成果等,教研员下学校,进课堂,帮助教师对教学实践经验、科研成果进行系统总结、理论升华的听课,均属总结经验型听课。
