近几十年来,天津市地面下沉一度呈加速趋势,且范围越来越大,个别地区累计下沉量已超过2.6m,成为漏斗地区。严重的地面沉降对天津市的发展与生存环境构成了极大威胁。为此,在1985年市建委对地面下沉开始了综合治理,规划了为期10年的控沉工程。其中,沉降监测定为三期,第一期1985年至1988年,第二期1989年至1991年,第三期1992年至1994年。目前,第一二期目标已经实现,正在执行第三期计划。本文是用本市1959年—1984年20多年来的精密水准测量资料和1985年以来的地面沉降监测资料,用地壳垂直运动数据处理软件提取相关信息,开发绘图软件绘制沉降图,并对沉降规律进行分析与预测。
In recent decades, the ground subsidence in Tianjin has been accelerating and the scope has been increasing. The accumulated subsidence in some areas has exceeded 2.6m, becoming a funnel area. Severe land subsidence poses a great threat to the development and living environment in Tianjin. For this reason, in 1985, the municipal construction committee began to comprehensively govern the subsidence of the ground and planned a 10-year controlled sinking project. Among them, the settlement monitoring was defined as three phases, the first phase from 1985 to 1988, the second phase from 1989 to 1991, and the third phase from 1992 to 1994. At present, the first and second goals have been achieved and the third phase of the plan is being implemented. This paper uses the leveling data of the city for more than 20 years from 1959 to 1984 and the land subsidence monitoring data since 1985. It uses the crustal vertical motion data processing software to extract relevant information, develops mapping software to draw the subsidence map, and discusses the law of subsidence. Conduct analysis and prediction.
