本人有幸参加2008奥运会餐饮服务,在运动员餐厅为来自世界各地的万余名运动员提供餐饮服务,目睹了奥运餐厅供餐场面的宏大,进程却有条不紊,各部门密切配合,取得“零事故、零投诉”的佳绩。本文从全国院校参加奥运会餐饮服务全过程的所见所得,提出烹饪教学的一些建议,重视和加强学生综合素质和职业能力的提高,根据需求进行教学改革。
I am fortunate enough to participate in the 2008 Olympic Games catering services, serving athletes restaurant for more than a thousand athletes from around the world to provide catering services, witnessed the ambitious Olympic restaurant dining scene, the process is orderly, all departments work closely with the “zero accident, zero Complaints ”success. This article from the national colleges and universities to participate in the Olympic Games catering services in the whole process of what they see, put forward some suggestions for cooking teaching, pay attention to and enhance the overall quality of students and professional ability, according to the needs of teaching reform.
