激光内镜用于临床后,已积累了不少经验,为上消化道出血的治疗开辟了一条新路。由于出血的病因、部位、所用的激光种类以及治疗方法各异,疗效也不尽相同。一、适应证消化性溃疡、糜烂、Mallory-Weiss 综合征、息肉、血管瘤及癌肿所致的活动性出血,均可行激光治疗。尤其适合于老年体弱、失去手术机会或药物及其他方法治疗无效的上消化道出血者。其次为内镜检查可见病灶部位有新鲜血凝块附着或有血管暴露等近期出血征象者。
