目的探讨车祸伤统计学价值及其应急机制和相关措施。方法2002年元月至2003年12月收治车祸伤707例,对伤者居高不下的原因及处理所应关注的问题一一阐述。结果车祸伤占同期外科系统出院病人数的7．05％,占同期外科系统经费的12．17％。结论车祸伤占据各种损伤中毒的首位, 死亡率在城市成年人中居第一位。加强司机素质培训,严格交管惩罚,健全医院抢救机制迫在眉睫。
Objective To investigate the statistical value of traffic accident and its emergency mechanism and related measures. Methods From January 2002 to December 2003, 707 cases of traffic accident were admitted to the hospital. The reasons for the high level of injuries and the problems to be dealt with were expounded. As a result, the car accident accounted for 7.05% of the surgical system discharges in the same period, accounting for 12.17% of the surgical system expenses in the same period. Conclusion Car accident occupy the first place among all kinds of damage and poisoning, and mortality rate ranks the first among urban adults. Strengthen the quality of driver training, strict traffic control and punishment, improve the hospital rescue mechanism is imminent.
