1925年的早春,一个年轻人匆匆走在北京的大街上。他走进一家当铺,把身上的大衣脱下来递给店员,店员给了他2元大洋。年轻人自言自语说:“2元大洋,怎么够我回湖南老家的费用?”接着他推门外出。一股寒风迎面,衣着单薄的他打了一个寒颤。他缩着脖子,来到了大街上。年轻人三年前考入北京工业大学电气工程系,只差一年就毕业了,因现在父亲失业,家庭经济十分窘迫,他的学习生活实在维持不下去了,于是想退学回家,另做打算。
In the early spring of 1925, a young man hurriedly walked the streets of Beijing. He walked into a pawn shop, take off his coat to the clerk, the clerk gave him 2 yuan ocean. Young people admitted to Beijing University of Technology Department of Electrical Engineering three years ago, only one year after graduation, because his father is unemployed, the family economy is very distressing, his study life is really not survive, and would like to drop out to go home and do another intend.
