目的 阐述射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的方法及适应证。方法 用穿刺针经皮穿刺达卵圆孔内三叉神经根处 ,连接射频温控热凝仪及相配套电极作控温加热至 80~ 85°C,损害三叉神经相关感觉支。结果 总有效率 98.5 9% ,无效 1.40 % ,复发率 12 .0 7%。结论 射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛安全 ,适应证广 ,效果显著 ,特别对伴有心血管疾病的三叉神经痛患者 ,该方法是安全的
Objective To describe the methods and indications of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Percutaneous puncture of the trigeminal nerve root in the foramen ovale with a puncture needle was performed. The temperature was adjusted to 80-85 ° C by connecting with a radio frequency thermometer and an auxiliary electrode to damage the trigeminal nerve-related sensory branch. Results The total effective rate 98.5 9%, 1.40% ineffective, the recurrence rate was 12 .0 7%. Conclusions Radiofrequency thermocoagulation is a safe and well-suited method for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. The method is safe, especially for trigeminal neuralgia patients with cardiovascular diseases
