采用不同量的Ca合金化处理和液态模锻成形工艺,实验研究了液态模锻时Ca增加对Mg-8Al镁合金组织和性能的影响。经SEM、XRD及EDS等检测后,得出实验结果:液态模锻和Ca合金化能促进位错形成,使晶粒细化,析出相变得均匀细小,综合力学性能提高;当Ca添加量为1.0%时,性能达到最佳。 Different amount of Ca alloying treatment and liquid die forging process were used to study the effect of Ca addition on the microstructure and properties of Mg-8Al magnesium alloy during liquid die forging. The results of SEM, XRD and EDS show that the liquid forging and Ca alloying can promote the dislocation formation, the grain refinement, the precipitated phase becomes uniform and small, the comprehensive mechanical properties improve; when the amount of Ca added 1.0%, the best performance.
