目的研究营养干预在糖尿病治疗中对血糖的影响,为糖尿病的治疗提供合理的饮食。方法观察40例糖尿病患者营养干预前后的血糖水平,并与40例对照组进行比较、分析。结果干预组患者血糖控制水平明显优于对照组。结论营养干预在糖尿病的治疗中对血糖控制到理想水平起着重要的作用。
Objective To study the effect of nutrition intervention on blood glucose in the treatment of diabetes and provide a reasonable diet for the treatment of diabetes. Methods The levels of blood glucose in 40 diabetic patients before and after nutrition intervention were observed and compared with 40 control subjects. Results The level of blood glucose control in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion Nutritional intervention plays an important role in the control of blood glucose to the desired level in the treatment of diabetes.
