以０．１％ 桔黄Ⅳ为指示剂，采用ｐＨ 指示剂吸收度比值法测定甲硝唑的含量，ＲＳＤ 小于０．２％ ，结果满意。与非水滴定法的结果比较，差值在０．３％ 之内。
The content of metronidazole was determined by the ratio of absorbance of pH indicator with 0.1% orange Ⅳ as indicator, with RSD less than 0.2%. The results were satisfactory. Compared with the non-aqueous titration method, the difference is within 0.3%.
