(目的)为了解出入境人员中HIV感染情况,并采取有效措施。(方法)1999年在昆明机场口岸对出入境人员进行了HIV感染监测。(结果)全年共发现HIV感染者3例,1例为出境人员,是在机场进行HIV感染监测以来的首例阳性感染者;2例为入境人员,HIV感染率比1998年有所上升。(结论)感染者的职业和区域的变化提示周边国家艾滋病流行状况不容忽视。强调了检验检疫机关在口岸进行出入境人员HIV感染监测是及时发现艾滋病病人和HIV感染者的有效措施,是防止艾滋病在国际间传播的一个重要环节。
(Purpose) In order to find out the HIV infection among the immigrants and take effective measures. (Method) In 1999, HIV infection surveillance was conducted for exit-entry personnel at the Kunming Airport Port. (Results) A total of 3 HIV-infected cases were found in the whole year, and 1 case was an exit person. It was the first positive infection since the HIV infection surveillance at the airport. Two cases of entry-level HIV infection were higher than those in 1998. (Conclusion) The occupational and regional changes of infected persons suggest that the AIDS epidemic in neighboring countries should not be overlooked. Stressed that the inspection and quarantine authorities in port entry-exit HIV infection monitoring is timely detection of AIDS patients and HIV-infected persons effective measures to prevent the spread of AIDS in an important part of the international community.
