目的:研究在上皮来源恶性肿瘤细胞中免疫球蛋白样物质的表达。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,分别用鼠抗人IgG、IgD、IgA和IgM单克隆抗体对乳腺癌、肝癌、肺癌、膀胱癌等多种上皮来源恶性肿瘤病组织及其部分传代细胞进行了检测。结果:在上述癌组织及癌细胞中有不同程度的阳性反应,与抗人IgG、IgD、IgA和IgM抗体反应阳性率分别为 50.0%、85.7%、61.9%和 45.2%。其中乳腺癌阳性率为100.0%。结论:在上皮来源恶性肿瘤中存在免疫球蛋白样物质的表达,其性质和机制有待于进一步研究。
Objective: To study the expression of immunoglobulin-like substances in epithelial-derived malignant cells. METHODS: Using immunohistochemical SP method, mouse anti-human IgG, IgD, IgA, and IgM monoclonal antibodies were used to perform various epithelial-derived malignant tumor tissues and some of their passage cells, such as breast cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, and bladder cancer. Testing. RESULTS: There were positive reactions in different degrees in the above cancer tissues and cancer cells.
