患者男，51岁，因上腹隐痛10年作胃镜检查，检查中发现胃窦红黄相间，球部前壁有10多个小息肉状隆起，直径约2mm，表面光滑，呈淡红色，聚集成片，范围约2cm。内镜诊断：1、十二指肠球炎？2、慢性浅表性胃炎。分别在隆起处和非隆起处取材送检。光镜所见：非隆起处标本为球部粘膜组织，隆起处为胃粘膜组织。且见球部粘膜突然过渡成胃粘膜组织，其胃腺、主细胞、壁细胞结构分明，病理诊断：球部胃粘膜异位。
The patient was male, 51 years old. He had abdominal pain for 10 years for gastroscopy. During the examination, the antrum showed red and yellow antrum. There were more than 10 small polypoid bulges on the anterior wall of the bulb, about 2 mm in diameter, and the surface was smooth and pale red. Into a tablet, the range is about 2cm. And see the sudden transition of the mucous membrane of the bulb into the gastric mucosal tissue, the structure of its gastric glands, main cells and parietal cells is clear, pathological diagnosis: gastric gastric mucosa ectopic.
