本文提出一个简便易行的分析方法,用1粒稻米既可测出其中的直链淀粉含量,还可用以繁种,便于在育种早代选择优良个体、提高效率,加快进程。用本方法测得的直链淀粉含量与用中华人民共和国国标法GB_(7648-87),测得的结果经t检验,差异不显著。利用本法分析了F_1代种子及其亲本的直链淀粉含量,结果表明,在非糯品种与糯稻品种的两个杂交组合中,非糯品种的直链淀粉含量对糯稻品种表现为显性,受单一显性基因控制,并存在基因剂量效应。
This paper presents a simple and easy to use analytical method, which can measure the amylose content of a grain of rice, can also be used for breeding, easy selection in the early breeding of fine individuals, improve efficiency and speed up the process. The amylose content measured by this method was compared with the national standard GB_ (7648-87) of the People’s Republic of China, and the result was not significant. Using this method, the amylose contents of F1 seeds and their parents were analyzed. The results showed that the amylose content of non-waxy varieties was dominant for glutinous rice varieties in the two cross combinations of non-waxy rice varieties and glutinous rice varieties, Control by a single dominant gene, and there is a gene dose effect.
