为了研究不同回火温度对高强度建筑用有铌钢和无铌钢力学性能的影响,分别对无铌钢和有铌钢进行不同温度回火处理,并观察金相组织、微观结构,测试力学性能。结果表明,有铌钢在700℃回火能够满足高层建筑的力学性能要求,无铌钢在740℃回火能够满足高层建筑的力学性能要求。随回火温度升高,有铌钢和无铌钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度均降低,而伸长率升高,-26℃冲击功先下降随后升高。
In order to study the effect of different tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of niobium steel and niobium-free steel for high-strength construction, the non-niobium steel and niobium steel were respectively tempered at different temperatures and the microstructure, microstructure and mechanics of testing performance. The results show that the tempering of niobium steel at 700 ℃ can meet the mechanical performance requirements of high-rise buildings. The tempering of niobium-free steel at 740 ℃ can meet the mechanical performance requirements of high-rise buildings. With the increase of tempering temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of both niobium steel and niobium-free steel decrease, while the elongation increases, the impact energy first decreases and then increases at -26 ℃.
