简单介绍了原油乳状液脱水过程中中间层形成的原因,并对其难以处理的原因进行了粗浅的解释,同时指出了华北油田岔河集断块原油脱水过程中存在的问题。在非离子型破乳剂的基础上,经酯化,在破乳剂分子中引入阳离子基团,合成出阳离子型破乳剂DR-951,介绍了它的合成路线并给出了工艺条件。室内脱水试验结果表明:DR-951在脱水过程中不产生中间层,脱水速度快,脱出水清,具有良好的适应性。现场应用试验结果也表明:DR-951用量少,脱后污水带油少,可以有效降低原油脱水温度,提高油田生产效益。DR-951现已投入批量生产并推广使用。
The reasons for the formation of the middle layer in the process of crude oil emulsion dewatering are briefly introduced, and the reasons for its difficulty are discussed. The problems existing in the dehydration process of the Chaheji block in Huabei Oilfield are also pointed out. Based on the non-ionic demulsifier, the cationic demulsifier was introduced into the demulsifier through esterification to synthesize the cationic demulsifier DR-951. The synthesis route was introduced and the process conditions were given. Indoor dehydration test results show that: DR-951 in the dehydration process does not produce an intermediate layer, dehydration speed, out of water clear, with good adaptability. Field application test results also show that: DR-951 with less dosage, take off the sewage with less oil, can effectively reduce the temperature of crude oil dehydration and improve oil production efficiency. DR-951 has been put into mass production and promotion.
