Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BA-16-8是一株具有高效拮抗Penicillium expansum的生防菌,对苹果采后青霉病具有显著的防治效果。为了解该菌株对动物及人的安全性,通过Ames实验、骨髓微核实验、精子畸形实验及28d喂养实验等测定了菌株发酵液对小鼠的遗传毒性及急性经口毒性影响。结果表明,菌株BA-16-8菌悬液(1×10~8cfu/mL)对小鼠无毒,故属安全级别。此外,菌株BA-16-8菌悬液对小鼠无致突变作用。喂养过程中,相对比对照组,实验组小鼠的血常规及生理生化指标虽在实验前期有所差异,但随着处理时间延长,差异逐渐缩小至不显著,此外,实验组小鼠的脏器指数与对照组无显著差异。由此可推断,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BA-16-8的菌悬液对哺乳动物安全,可用于苹果采摘后的涂膜处理及防腐保鲜。
