几年来,温州市少工委紧紧围绕“全队抓基层,全队抓落实”的工作思路,坚持“夯实基础、强化品牌,整体推进、协调发展”的工作理念,以全面提高少先队工作者和少年儿童的综合素质为目标,以思想道德教育为基础,以体验教育为途径,充分发挥少先队在未成年人思想道德建设中的重要作用,全市少先队事业保持了良好的发展势头。(一)突出引导抓教育,少年儿童思想道德建设取得新成效
