针对机载计算机液冷结构件的结构特点,通过对液冷结构件生产过程中产生的毛刺、焊皮、杂质、铝屑等影响产品清洁度的颗粒进行分析,对毛刺清理方案进行实验优选,对影响液冷腔体零件清洁度进行实验和前端控制技术研究,并对液冷结构件清洗方案进行研究,研究出液冷结构件的清洁度保证技术,满足设计指标需求。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of liquid-cooled structural components of airborne computers, this paper analyzes the particles that affect the cleanliness of the products by burrs, solder skins, impurities, aluminum shavings produced in the production of liquid-cooled structural components, The experiments on the cleanliness of the liquid-cooled cavity and the front-end control technology are studied. The cleaning scheme of the liquid-cooled structural member is also studied. The cleanliness assurance technology of the liquid-cooled structure is studied to meet the design requirements.
