目的 :观察地甘口服液提升白细胞并增强免疫力的作用。方法 :观察在不同时间段给予同剂量的地甘口服液 ,大剂量 CTX作用后小鼠外周血白细胞数量的变化 ,计量脾脏相关指标 ,与空白组和 CTX组对照。结果 :模后组与全程组小鼠白细胞数量、脾相关指标显著或非常显著地高于 CTX组 ( P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,全程组统计学意义更为明显。结论 :地甘口服液有升高白细胞并恢复或加强免疫力的作用 ,化疗全程给药更有意义。
Objective : To observe the effect of diglycol oral solution to enhance white blood cells and enhance immunity. Methods : Observe the changes of the number of leukocytes in peripheral blood of mice after the administration of high-dose CTX at the same dose of Digan oral liquid at different time intervals. Measure spleen related parameters, and compare with blank group and CTX group. Results : The number of leukocytes and spleen related parameters in the post-mold group and the whole group were significantly or significantly higher than those in the CTX group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The statistical significance was more significant in the whole group. Conclusion: Digan oral solution has the function of increasing leukocytes and restoring or strengthening immunity. It is more meaningful to administer chemotherapy throughout the whole course.
