目的 :通过测定豆粕及其提取低聚糖后残渣中大豆皂苷 的含量 ,了解其残渣的再利用价值 ,并且建立一种检测大豆皂苷含量方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定大豆皂苷 的含量。结果 :豆粕含大豆皂苷 0 .2 54% ,平均回收率 97.81% ,变异系数 0 .8% ,残渣含大豆皂苷 0 .134 % ,平均回收率97.10 % ,变异系数 1.50 %。结论 :此方法较准确、简便、重现性好 ,适用于大豆皂苷产品的质量控制。
Objective : To determine the value of soybean saponin in soybean residue and its residues after extraction of oligosaccharides, and to understand the value of reusing the residue, and to establish a method for the determination of soybean saponin content. Methods: The content of soybean saponin was determined by thin-layer scanning. Results: Soybean meal contained 0.025% soyasaponin, the average recovery rate was 97.81%, the coefficient of variation was 0.8%, the residue contained 0.134% of soybean saponin, the average recovery rate was 97.10 %, and the coefficient of variation was 1.50 %. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple, and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control of soybean saponin products.
