上颌神经行径结构的应用解剖

三叉神经的上颌神经痛发病率较高,由于上颌神经从颅腔至面部行程复杂,途径翼腭窝、眶下裂、眶下沟、眶下管等,以致使上颌神经颅外段手术切断术的入路较为困难.以往对上颌神经颅外走行的研究报道资料不足.因此,本文对上颌神经从圆孔至眶下孔的走行所经过的骨性结构,进行了应用解剖学观察和测量,为上颌神经痛手术切断术提供形态学基础.1 材料和方法选用25例成人颅骨(男17,女8),其中20个为矢 The incidence of maxillary neuralgia in the trigeminal nerve is high. 目的:观察坐骨神经Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的分布及胶原纤维的形态.方法:采用Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原抗体并应用间接免疫荧光技术观察大鼠坐骨神经Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的分布,电镜下观察胶原纤维的形态并测定外膜、内膜胶原纤维的直径.结果:神经外膜、束膜及内膜均含有Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原,外膜以Ⅰ型胶原为主,纤维粗大,而束膜和内膜以Ⅲ型胶原为主,纤维细小.结论:Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原纤维的含量不同可能是周围神经各层膜结构生物力学差异的组织学基础.
