20世纪90年代,中国电视的发展和改革填补了电视节目的一系列空白,如时效提高,开办热点节目、栏目主持人化等,这是比较容易做的,因为原来没有做过,每一个改进都感觉是新的,受到观众欢迎。但是,中国电视进入二十一世纪的时候,我们要上一个新的台阶就很难了,因为要在很高水平的基础上去竞争、去创新,这是中国电视面临的非常繁重的任务。
