转炉是国内外主要炼钢手段,提高转炉控制能力一直受到人们的重视。为了降低投资成本提高设备可靠性,采用激光气体分析技术开发出了新型炼钢转炉的动态控制软硬件系统,以取代昂贵的质谱仪气体分析法。激光发射与接收单元直接安装在转炉烟道上,不需要预处理系统,总体信息反馈速度快、设备故障率低。该系统目前已成功地投入40 t转炉生产应用中,可连续监控炉内反应和冶炼进程,从而为转炉自动化控制打下了基础。
Converter is the main steel making method both at home and abroad. The improvement of converter control ability has always been valued by people. In order to reduce investment costs and improve equipment reliability, using laser gas analysis technology developed a new steel converter dynamic control hardware and software systems to replace the expensive gas spectrometer gas chromatography. The laser transmitting and receiving unit is installed directly on the converter flue without pretreatment system, the overall information feedback speed is fast and the equipment failure rate is low. The system has been successfully put into 40 t converter production applications, the continuous monitoring of the furnace reaction and smelting process, which laid the foundation for the converter automation.
