目的观察牛乳铁蛋白(bovine lactoferrin,bLF)对感染轮状病毒树鼩的治疗作用。方法建立感染轮状病毒动物模型后,用不同剂量bLF的对腹泻树鼩进行治疗,各给药组和对照组经过连续给药10 d后用电镜法观察粪便中的轮状病毒,并计算轮状病毒的抗原检出率及抗原滴度及动物死亡率、平均死亡日、延长生命率。结果 bLF高、中、低剂量组的死亡率分别为10%,20%,60%;平均死亡日分别为9.3,8.9,7.0 d:延长生命率分别为93.7%,85.4%,45.8%。与模型对照组死亡率70%、平均死亡日4.8 d均有显著差异。治疗后,抗原滴度下降。结论乳铁蛋白能有效的降低感染轮状病毒动物的死亡率,提高感染轮状病毒动物的延长生命率。同时能降低轮状病毒抗原滴度。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of bovine lactoferrin (bLF) on rotavirus infected tree shrews. Methods Animal models of rotavirus infection were established and treated with different doses of bLF for diarrhea tree shrews. Each administration group and control group were observed after 10 days of continuous rotavirus rotavirus electron transmission electron microscope and calculated round The detection rate of the antigen of the somatic virus and antigen titers and animal mortality, the average death date, to extend the life rate. Antigen titers decreased after treatment. Conclusion Lactoferrin can effectively reduce the mortality of rotavirus infected animals and prolong the life span of infected rotavirus animals. At the same time can reduce rotavirus antigen titers.
