近年来,由于经济和社会快速发展,对于零件质量和加工工艺都提出了更高的要求。而随着计算机技术的革新以及数控技术发展,薄壁零件由于其具备节约成本、质量较轻等优点,日益为人们所接受。但是薄壁零件由于加工工艺的不完善,其质量难以保证。所以,本文针对薄壁零件数控车工加工工艺进行研究,以提高薄壁零件的加工工艺水平。
In recent years, due to the rapid economic and social development, the quality of parts and processing technology have put forward higher requirements. With the innovation of computer technology and the development of numerical control technology, the thin-walled parts are increasingly accepted by the people due to their advantages of cost saving and light weight. However, due to the processing of thin-walled parts of the imperfect, its quality is difficult to guarantee. Therefore, this article focuses on the thin-walled parts CNC lathe machining process to improve the processing level of thin-walled parts.
