近年来,北乌拉尔铝土矿山的铝土矿中,由于主要有害成份(SiO_2、CO_2、S_全)的含量增高,致使铝土矿的质量下降了。作者认为,在生产氧化铝的碱性溶液及碱性铝酸盐溶液中进行浮选,对于提高用拜耳法处理的铝土矿的质量是非常有效的。在拜耳法生产氧化铝的流程中,可以得出含碱浓度不同的三种溶液:洗涤液(Na_2O_全k40~60克/吨);母液(Na_2O_全120~160克/吨);循环液(Na_2O_全240~320克/吨)。
In recent years, the bauxite in the northern Ural bauxite has suffered a decline in the quality of bauxite due to the increase in the contents of the major harmful components (SiO 2, CO 2, S_i). The authors argue that flotation in an alumina-based alkaline solution and an alkaline aluminate solution is very effective at improving the quality of the bauxite treated with the Bayer process.
