目的评价紫杉醇注射液在中晚期癌症患者应用中的毒副反应及其应对策略。方法对应用紫杉醇注射液治疗的100例中晚期癌症患者进行毒副反应统计。结果100例中晚期癌症患者应用紫杉醇注射液的毒副反应主要表现为骨髓抑制、消化道反应、脱发,多为Ⅰ￣Ⅱ度。采取相应的治疗措施,大多均可逆转。结论紫杉醇注射液用于治疗中晚期癌症有骨髓抑制等毒副反应,采用针对性治疗多数可逆。
Objective To evaluate the toxic and side effects of paclitaxel injection in patients with advanced cancer and its coping strategies. Methods The toxicities and side effects of 100 patients with advanced cancer were treated with paclitaxel injection. [Results] The toxic and side effects of paclitaxel injection in 100 patients with advanced and advanced cancer were mainly myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reaction and alopecia, mostly I to II degree. Take appropriate treatment measures, most of them can be reversed. Conclusion Paclitaxel injection for the treatment of advanced cancer has myelosuppressive and other toxic side effects, and most of the targeted treatments are reversible.
