描述了鲁山县新生二矿特别重大瓦斯煤尘爆炸事故发生的概况及现场勘察情况,分析了事故发生的原因及发生过程,给出了瓦斯积聚原因和煤尘参与爆炸的结论。提出低瓦斯矿井应加强瓦斯管理,建立瓦斯监控系统及瓦斯管理制度;煤尘具有爆炸性的矿井应建立洒水防尘系统,建立防尘管理制度,进行作业点粉尘浓度检测,及时清扫积尘,并应安设防隔爆设施。
Describes the Lushan County Xinsheng two mine particularly serious gas coal dust explosion accident situation and site investigation, analyzes the causes and the occurrence of the accident, gives the reason of gas accumulation and coal dust involved in the conclusion of the explosion. It is suggested that gas management should be strengthened and gas monitoring system and gas management system should be established in low-gas coal mines. Sprinkler dust control system should be established in mine with explosive coal dust, dust control system should be established, dust concentration should be tested at operating point, Anti-explosion facilities should be installed.
