水稻滇榆一号不同生育期及不同时期施穗肥后,叶片过氧化物酶活性不同,但酶活性曲线都近呈w形。开花期,对照植株叶片的过氧化物酶活性最高,施大量基肥的植株叶片过氧化物酶活性最低,晚期施穗肥的植株叶片的酶活性稍低于对照株,早期和中期施穗肥的植株叶片酶活性介于前两者之间,不同时间施穗肥后,在开花期叶片过氧化物酶同工酶谱中出现两条新酶带。
The activities of peroxidase in leaves of Dian-Yu-1 were different at different growth stages and different periods, but the enzyme activity curves were nearly w-shaped. In the flowering stage, the peroxidase activity in the leaves of the control plants was the highest, the activity of peroxidase in leaves of the plants with a large amount of basal fertilizer was the lowest, the activity of leaves in the leaves of the late succulent plants was slightly lower than that in the control plants, Plant leaf enzyme activity was in between the first two, at different times after application of panicle fertilizer, two new enzyme bands appeared in the peroxidase isozymogram of the flowering stage leaves.
