高校财务管理中逐步推广并实行国库集中支付制度是我国教育事业快速发展趋势和高校自身财政体制改革不断深化的必然要求。本文结对国库机制支付制度的理解和研究,对高校财务管理工作中国库集中支付制度的推行和应用展开了讨论。
The gradual promotion and implementation of centralized treasury payment system in the financial management of colleges and universities is the inevitable requirement of the rapid development of education in our country and the continuous deepening of the financial system reform of colleges and universities. This article concludes with the understanding and research on the treasury payment system and discusses the implementation and application of centralized treasury payment system in university financial management.
