对茶条槭带翅果、去翅带种皮种子和去种皮种子的吸水速度进行比较,用种子的不同部位浸提液做了抑制物的生物鉴定。结果表明:果翅能透水,不是影响茶条槭种子休眠的主要原因;果实各部位均含有抑制发芽物,尤以胚乳+胚中所含的抑制物质的作用最强。
The comparison of the water absorption speed of the stripped fruit, the stripped-skin seed-coat seed and the seed-seeded seed of tea maple made the bioassay of the inhibitor with the extracts of different parts of the seed. The results showed that pericarp could permeate water and did not affect the seed dormancy of Acer palmatum. The inhibitory substances contained in all parts of the fruit, especially the endosperm + embryo, had the strongest effect.
