近年来,我国建筑涂料发展很快,新品种不断涌现,而水性的乳胶涂料是发展的主要方向.乳胶漆品种很多,而且各生产厂家配方不一样,生产工艺不同,这样它的性能和装饰效果差异很大,究竟采用什么样的乳胶漆进行装饰?这是人们常常提出的问题.本文以江苏省建筑科学研究院生产的“丰彩”牌系列乳胶漆为例,谈谈如何选用乳胶漆.乳胶漆主要用于内外墙的装饰,其中最为突出的是其装饰效果和耐久性能,即符合设计的随意性和可靠的使用性.“丰彩”牌内墙乳胶漆分四种,即:乳胶漆JK—1、乳胶漆JK—2、乳胶漆JK—3和彩色水性漆,其档次由低到高,具体性能和装饰效果见下表:
