本文对国外青年互联网行为的相关研究进行了梳理和分析,发现青年互联网行为特征存在性别、性格、国别、专业上的差异。研究者充分肯定了互联网对青年的正面影响,但也指出其负面影响不容忽视。负面影响包括网络暴力及侵犯行为、风险性互联网行为、网络学术不端行为、问题性网络行为等。青年互联网行为的监管和引导需要家长、老师、学校及政府的共同努力。国外青年互联网行为研究为我国青年互联网行为研究提供了研究内容、方法、多学科交叉方面的借鉴,并为对青年互联网行为的监管、引导与教育等方面提供了有益参考。
This paper reviews and analyzes the related researches of foreign youth Internet behavior, and finds that there are differences in gender, personality, country and specialty among young people. Researchers have fully affirmed the positive impact of the Internet on young people, but also pointed out that its negative impact can not be ignored. Negatives include cybercrime and abuses, risky internet behavior, academic misconduct on the Internet, and problem-based cyber behavior. The supervision and guidance of youth Internet behavior require the joint efforts of parents, teachers, schools and government. The research on overseas youth Internet behavior provides the research contents, methods and multi-disciplinary cross-references for the youth Internet behavior in our country, and provides a useful reference for the supervision, guidance and education of youth Internet behavior.
