为了替换巴伦厂手工操作的老电解车间,老山公司迠成了一个年产15万吨的新电解车间,并于1979年8月投产。该电解车间是以本公司1969年来第一个大型阴极自动化电解车间的操作经验作为设计依据,并尽可能地推广这次成果,以求进一步减少投资费用,提高生产率。该车间主要特点如下; (1) 有四列电解槽,每列35个槽,每槽装86块阴极(每块3.2米~2); (2) 正常电流密度410安/米~2,每槽日产量2.98吨; (3) 每两列的端头有一台简易剥锌机,由三个进料链板运输机所组成,其中两个用于剥离装置进料,一个用于刷板进料; (4) 链板运输机与电解槽之间由两台移动吊车连接。就投资费用来讲,占地面积仅为第一代自动化电解车间的55%,而重要的电将减少8%左右。劳力将减少到0.6工时/吨阴极锌,即为手工操作电解车间的20%。
Lao Shan Company became a new electrolytic plant with an annual capacity of 150,000 tons in order to replace the old electrolytic plant operated by hand in Balang Factory and was put into operation in August 1979. The electrolysis plant is based on the operating experience of the first large-scale cathodic automated electrolysis plant since 1969, and promotes this achievement as much as possible in order to further reduce investment costs and increase productivity. The main features of the workshop are as follows: (1) There are four rows of electrolytic cells with 35 cells in each row and 86 cells in each cell (each 3.2-2); (2) The normal current density is 410A / Slot daily output of 2.98 tons; (3) Each of the two ends has a simple zinc stripping machine, consisting of three feed chain conveyor, of which two for stripping device feed, one for the brush plate feed ; (4) chain conveyor and cell by two mobile crane connection.
