采用自制的小型真空扩散接合装置,进行了球铁与铜扩散接合试验研究。系统研究了工艺参数对接合质量的影响,分析了中间垫片在接合过程中的作用,对试样的预处理、接合区的原子迁移行为也进行了研究。镍箔是球铁与铜扩散接合理想的中间垫片;试样表面预处理对接合质量有重要影响。
A self-made compact vacuum diffusion bonding device was used to study the diffusion bonding between ductile iron and copper. The effect of process parameters on the bonding quality was systematically studied. The role of the intermediate gasket in the bonding process was analyzed. The pretreatment of the sample and the atomic migration behavior in the bonding zone were also studied. Nickel foil is an ideal intermediate gasket for ductile iron and copper diffusion bonding. The pretreatment of the sample surface has an important influence on the quality of the bond.
