锅炉是过程工业中不可缺少的动力设备,它所产生的蒸汽不仅能够为蒸馏、化学反应、干燥、蒸发等过程提供热源,而且还可以作为风机、压缩机、泵类驱动透平的动力源,为确保安全,稳定生产,对锅炉设备的自动控制就显得十分重要。本文应用模拟计算机仿真锅炉汽包水位控制系统,使实际系统在模拟机上被直观、形象地模拟出来,并用绘图仪绘出系统的动态特性,解决了以往系统分析时参数调节的诸多不便。该方法具有操作方便、直观、形象、省时、便于修改等一系列优越性,是其他方法所无法比拟的。
The boiler is an indispensable power equipment in the process industry. The steam generated by it can not only provide heat source for distillation, chemical reaction, drying and evaporation, but also can be used as the power source of turbine, compressor and pump driven turbine, In order to ensure safety, stable production, automatic control of boiler equipment is very important. In this paper, simulation computer simulation boiler drum level control system, so that the actual system on the simulator is visually and vividly simulated, and with the plotter to draw the dynamic characteristics of the system to solve the previous system analysis, the parameters of the adjustment of many inconveniences. The method has a series of advantages of convenient operation, intuitive, image, time-saving, easy to modify, which is unmatched by other methods.
