目的观察腹腔镜下骶前固定术治疗盆腔缺陷的盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床护理效果。方法收集采用腹腔镜下骶前固定术治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的患者49例,术前予以心理护理,术后认真观察病情,精心护理。结果术后治愈率达100%,均未发生术中及术后大出血、膀胱及直肠损伤;术后随访患者解剖结构均得到成功恢复。结论腹腔镜下骶前固定术是一种安全有效的治疗,合理的护理对患者康复起到重要作用。
Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of pelvic floor dysfunction disease treated by laparoscopic presacral fixation for pelvic defects. Methods Forty-nine patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who underwent laparoscopic presacral fixation were enrolled in this study. Psychological nursing was given preoperatively and patients were carefully observed and carefully treated. Results The postoperative cure rate was 100%. No intraoperative and postoperative hemorrhage, bladder and rectal injury occurred. The anatomical structures of the patients were successfully recovered after operation. Conclusion Laparoscopic presacral fixation is a safe and effective treatment, and reasonable nursing plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients.
