碱镁混凝土具有快凝、早强、高强、抗水、抗腐蚀等优点。本文进行了碱镁混凝土和普通混凝土大偏压柱对比试验。由于现行的普通混凝土大偏压柱极限承载力计算公式不适用于碱镁混凝土柱,因此提出了针对碱镁混凝土大偏心受压柱的修正公式。试验结果表明:碱镁混凝土大偏压柱在开裂弯矩、极限承载力等方面具有明显优势,破坏模式和普通混凝土相比有一定差异;配筋相同的碱镁混凝土大偏压柱,随着混凝土强度等级的提高,抗裂、抗弯承载力提高,但延性降低。
Alkali magnesium concrete has the advantages of quick setting, early strength, high strength, water resistance and corrosion resistance. In this paper, comparative experiments of alkali-magnesium concrete and ordinary concrete columns were carried out. Since the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of common large prestressed concrete columns is not suitable for alkali-magnesium concrete columns, a correction formula for large eccentric compression columns of alkali-magnesium concrete is proposed. The experimental results show that the big alkali-magnesium concrete columns have obvious advantages in cracking moment and ultimate bearing capacity. The damage modes are different from those of normal concrete. Concrete strength levels improve, crack resistance, flexural capacity increased, but ductility decreased.
