本文叙述了“矿车积底”对国民经济带来的严重损失。共振式矿车清车机是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。作者对矿车进行了模态试验,取得了矿车的动力特性。并确定了最佳激振点、最佳固有振型及其相应的固有频率。确定最佳振型的依据是作者提出的“能量——功率”因子。利用所确定的最佳激振点、振型和频率,对一辆积底矿车(积煤为满车容积的1/3以上)在实验室进行了共振试验。仅振几秒钟,矿车内的积煤脱落95%以上,效果十分显著。从而,为进一步设计共振式清车机伺服振动系统提供了可靠的依据。
This article describes the “mine block” on the national economy caused serious losses. Resonance car cleaner car is one of the effective ways to solve this problem. The author carried out a modal test on the mine car and obtained the dynamic characteristics of the mine car. The best excitation point, the best natural mode and the corresponding natural frequency were determined. The basis for determining the best mode shape is the “energy-power” factor proposed by the author. A resonance test was carried out in the laboratory on the basis of the determined optimum excitation point, mode shape and frequency for an accumulator car (the coals are 1/3 or more of the full car volume). Only a few seconds vibration, coal car off more than 95% of coal, the effect is very significant. Thus, it provides a reliable basis for further design of the resonance cleaning machine servo vibration system.
