传染性肝炎在临床上颇为常见,近年来国内北京、上海、南京、湖南、安徽、苏北及沈阳等地均有不少病例报告,说明本病已引起普遍的注意。近年来,我们在上海地区三个不同的医院内共收治传染性肝炎患者150例,其中甲医院共收治103例(1949年6月至1950年3月),乙医院工7例,丙医院30例。甲医院之103例,占该院同期住院总人数的0.3%强,约为同期内科住院总人数的1.4%强。传染性肝炎的诊断主要是根据年龄、流行情况、受染历史、典型的临床病状与病程
Infectious hepatitis is quite common in clinical practice. In recent years, many cases have been reported in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hunan, Anhui, northern Jiangsu and Shenyang, indicating that this disease has caused widespread attention. In recent years, we have treated 150 patients with infectious hepatitis in three different hospitals in Shanghai, of which 103 were treated in A (June 1949 to March 1950), 7 in B and 30 example. A hospital 103 cases, accounting for hospital over the same period the total number of 0.3% strong, about the same period the total number of medical inpatient strong 1.4%. The diagnosis of infectious hepatitis is mainly based on age, prevalence, history of infection, the typical clinical symptoms and duration
