以L-瓜氨酸和尿素为前驱体,采用水热法制备了经济、低毒且具有强荧光性能的氮掺杂碳量子点(N-CQDs),并采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光子能谱(XPS)等表征了N-CQDs的性能.结果 表明,该N-CQDs的平均粒径为2.8 nm,量子产率为39.2%,具有良好的水溶性、稳定性和生物相容性,可用于HepG2细胞成像.此外,基于邻硝基苯酚(o-NP)对N-CQDs的荧光猝灭现象,构建了一种用于测定o-NP的高选择性、高灵敏的荧光探针.在o-NP浓度0.083 3~12.0.μmol/L范围内,N-CQDs荧光猝灭程度与o-NP浓度呈现良好的线性关系(r2=0.998),检出限(S/N=3)为25.2 nmol/L.该方法已成功用于贵州省万峰湖和顶效河水样中o-NP的检测.
