研究了利用纤维素原料制作纤维素海绵的方法。用一定浓度的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡木浆板,晾干后,用水浸泡一段时间,然后溶于NaOH/硫脲溶液中。在纤维素溶液中加入一定量的成孔剂成型,经过老化,再生等一系列工序后,即可制得纤维素海绵。讨论了纤维素浓度和成孔剂用量对纤维素海绵物理性能的影响,并用光学显微镜对产物结构进行观察。实验结果表明:NaOH溶液的质量浓度为10%~15%,成孔剂用量为26g/50g纤维素溶液,纤维素质量浓度为5%~5.5%,老化时间为2d时,此时产品的综合性能较高。
A method of making a cellulose sponge using a cellulose raw material was studied.
