目前,青黛质量日益低劣,严重影响医疗效果,我们从各地药材公司来货中抽检了十八批青黛样品,按照《中国药典》一部一九八五年版对其进行了检验,结果见表(含量测定项:靛蓝C_(16)H_(10)N~2O_2不得少于2.0%). 分析: 1.从外观性状看,样品大多数为深蓝色粉末,符合药典规定.只有11号、15号和16号为浅蓝色粉末,而颜色较浅者,其靛蓝含量往往偏低,如11号为0.65%、15号为0.76%、16
