急性腹泻脱水是落后和发展中国家婴儿死亡的主要原因。本病治疗中的一个进步是用含葡萄糖或蔗糖电解质液进行口服补液。同样的渗透负荷,但蔗糖提供热卡较葡萄糖多2倍,而葡萄糖聚合体电解质液(G-PES)可提供更多的能量。作者在急性婴儿腹泻脱水疗法中研究了G-PES。
Acute diarrhea is the leading cause of death in infants and infants in developing countries. An improvement in the treatment of this disease is oral rehydration with glucose or sucrose electrolyte solutions. The same osmotic load, but sucrose provides 2 times more calories than glucose, while glucose polymer electrolyte (G-PES) provides more energy. The authors studied G-PES in acute infantile diarrhea dehydration therapy.
