为了摸索杂交水稻育秧工厂化、栽培机械化的途径和方法,我们于1978年在吴县越溪公社一大队,与有关单位协作,进行了杂交水稻温室有土育秧和小苗高产栽培试验,对杂交水稻室育小苗生育特点和高产技术进行了探讨。现将主要结果整理如下供参考。一、室育小苗的生育特点我们用汕优2号室育小苗,栽插了40亩大田,平均单产1,265.2斤,高产田块亩产达1,381.8斤。其产量结构的特点是:穗型大,空秕率低,千粒重高,典型田块每穗164.5粒,空秕率9.1%,千粒重28.13克。与露地大苗相比,每穗实粒增加20.7—23.1粒,空秕率降低7.4—8.3%,千粒重增加0.5—1克。室育小苗之所以显示出产量优势,是由其本身的生育特点所决定的。 (一)室育小苗根系发育好。在人为条件下,用这种类似旱育秧方法育出的小苗,育秧期间最显著的
