谁掌握标准,谁就拥有产业发展的主导权。在全球化的竞争中,跨国公司排挤并扼杀中国产业标准的意图十分明显。前不久,关于中国无线局域网国家标准冲剌国际标准的努力前功尽弃的报道,并不让人意外。国际性产业标准的博弈将长期存在,令人高兴的是中国的3G标准TD-SCDMA在下一代移动通信产业发展中,将获得实质性的突破。
Who master the standard, who will have the dominant power of industrial development. The intent of multinational corporations to squeeze out and stifle Chinese industry standards is evident in the globalization of competition. Not long ago, it was no surprise that the report on the efforts of China’s wireless LAN national standards to punish international standards had faltered. The game of international industry standards will exist for a long time. The good news is that China’s 3G standard TD-SCDMA will make a substantive breakthrough in the development of the next generation of mobile communications industry.
