目的:研究加味甘麦大枣颗粒的质量标准研究。方法:运用TLC对加味甘麦大枣颗粒中的合欢皮、地龙和甘草进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC对甘草苷和甘草酸铵进行定量测定。结果:各薄层定性色谱中,供试品在与对照药材相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点;甘草苷在0.035~0.700μg范围内(R12=0.999 6),甘草酸铵在0.324~6.488μg范围内(R22=1.000 0)与色谱峰峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论:所用方法简便、重现性好、专属性强,为加味甘麦颗粒质量评价提供了依据。
Objective: To study the quality standard of Modified Ganmai jujube granules. Methods: TLC was used to qualitatively identify the albizzia hirsutum, earthworm and licorice in the sweet-scented Ganmai jujube granules. The contents of liquiritin and glycyrrhizinate were determined by HPLC. Results: In the thin layer of qualitative chromatogram, the test sample showed the same color spots on the corresponding position of the reference drug. The content of liquiritin in the range of 0.035 ~ 0.700μg (R12 = 0.999 6) and the range of 0.324 ~ 6.488μg Within the (R22 = 1.000 0) and the chromatographic peak area showed a good linear relationship. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and specific, which provides a basis for the evaluation of the quality of flavored sweet potato.
