目的:建立丹参细胞培养物中二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA等丹参酮的HPLC测定法。方法:采用YWGG18H37柱,以甲醇水(80∶20)为流动相,在254nm处检测。结果:测定了不同丹参细胞系中4种丹参酮的含量。结论:在不同丹参细胞中,液体培养丹Ⅰ8细胞系中各丹参酮的含量较高。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tanshinones such as dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza cell culture. Methods: YWG G18H37 column with methanol water (80:20) as the mobile phase at 254nm at the detection. Results: Four tanshinones were determined in different Salvia miltiorrhiza cell lines. Conclusion: In different Salvia miltiorrhiza cells, the content of each tanshinone in liquid culture Dan Ⅰ8 cell line is higher.
